I miss working out and the exhilarating feeling after a good workout.
I need to find a way to combine a raw diet with working out. When I eat mostly raw and work out, I don’t have the energy to work out or do anything after working out.
I am almost on vacation for summer which means I can focus on working out. I should come up with a summer plan.

I went to the gastroenterologist last week, a new one, since I moved to this new town. I haven’t been in two years ;) mostly because I don’t trust doctors and find it annoying to pay so much money to see someone that is just going to push pills at me.
She was cool. But she said that I have to be scoped to make sure I don’t have any weird polyps or whatever (cancer screening). That will be in a month. I am waiting until I am done with work and vacation.
I think this is the final test. Has two years of transitioning from SAD to mostly raw gluten-free vegan worked to heal my digestive system? Let’s hope so.
