benadryl stupor
I am so sick. sleep + water + benadryl = the only way I know to stop my raging immune system

major reaction
I’m having a major reaction to something I ate, not sure what, I suspect the cashews. My hands are swollen and I cannot make a fist. Not sure what to do. I took Benadryl to calm down my immune system because the pain is terrible. I couldn’t go to the gym today.
Tomorrow I am going to intake as much fruits, vegetables and water as I can take.

rough day
It was a terribly stressful day at work.
I managed to go to the gym. Not that great of a workout but at least I didn’t skip.
My MacBook (2008 version) fell off my bed and the screen was destroyed. I actually cried because now I have no laptop hopefully they can get my 40GB of music and 1000s of photographs.

This week I want to:
#1 drink 100+ oz everyday
#2 run more, more, more, must run more
#3 no elliptical, try different stuff or see #2
#4 be brave and go to the man zone a.k.a. free weights room

I am just not sure what to do next. I know lots of different exercises. But I want to do exercises that lead to goals, not just random popular fitness.

Ok, I get it. I’ve been working out (cardio and lifting) and my weight hasn’t changed much.
It probably won’t change. Maybe it shouldn’t change.
