Anonymous asked: Just thought I'd suggest another diet in case it works for you. Your diet seems basically raw anyways, but I haven't read a lot of your posts so forgive me if I'm off base. I have Crohn's and want to try it very soon. It's basically a juicing fast where you use a juicing machine to extract juice from vegetables and fruit. It gives the digestive system a break for however...

major reaction
I’m having a major reaction to something I ate, not sure what, I suspect the cashews. My hands are swollen and I cannot make a fist. Not sure what to do. I took Benadryl to calm down my immune system because the pain is terrible. I couldn’t go to the gym today. Tomorrow I am going to intake as much fruits, vegetables and water as I can take.

rough day
It was a terribly stressful day at work. I managed to go to the gym. Not that great of a workout but at least I didn’t skip. My MacBook (2008 version) fell off my bed and the screen was destroyed. I actually cried because now I have no laptop hopefully they can get my 40GB of music and 1000s of photographs.

I went. I ran. I conquered.
I went. I ran. I conquered. Now I am really tired. But it’s worth it. Work was so long and I still have to get ready for tomorrow. The daffodils are blooming and I am getting ready for my big garden project. This is my first year as a homeowner so I am actually going to plant perennials and a vegetable garden. I’m pretty excited. I won’t have to spend ridiculous amounts of...

online personal trainer?
Is there an online workout plan generator? Like an online: “I weigh _______. I can do ____ reps of ________. I want to achieve ____.” I am just not sure what to do next. I know lots of different exercises. But I want to do exercises that lead to goals, not just random popular fitness.

How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Ignore the...
Ok, I get it. I’ve been working out (cardio and lifting) and my weight hasn’t changed much. It probably won’t change. Maybe it shouldn’t change. I just have to trust that all this working out is converting fat to muscle.

diagnosis confusion
I’ve been to many doctors for many years. They treated my symptoms and I had relief from acute problems (major infections, etc.) but overall my whole body was inflamed. Muscles: Fibromyalgia. Joints: Rheumatoid. Digestion: Crohn’s Disease. Skin: Psoriasis. Etc. I took so much medication. Too much medication and one day I realized: “Woah, this could be the rest of my life. 20...
